I concur with almost all of your list except Swahili - I used to know a few words. And golf. Golf is walking meditation with focus on a white ball.
Re: Twitter. I tried that for a bit and concluded: dumbest. thing. ever.

I like this reason, the confusion of ignorance with innocence. Or maybe it is not confusion, maybe they are the same.

I think it is the whole "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"/Red Menace/Terror from Within fear, the fear of our own selves being a key. Or maybe it is the fear of democracy/the herd, old elitist tendencies showing themselves.
I feel so sad for you. Your lack of love for zombies has prevented you from so much joy.
Can we get that list engraved somewhere? More people need to know this stuff. Not that it would stop the twittering...

Twitter is a very VERY powerful tool when you know how to use it :)

The title: "Jambo Means Hello" has stuck in my head ever since, even though I didn't even bother reading the book.
