Couple points with your use of scripture. A semi-colon ":" seperates chapter and verse, not a colon ";". Not sure what version of bible you're referencing, but off my New American Standard bible, Psalms 75:10 reads, "And all the horns of the wicked He will cut off, But the horns of the righteous will be lifted up."
